Four Points by Sheraton is riding a wave of construction at the moment, with around 120 projects being built around the world. The majority are concentrated in markets that the brand is already familiar with, namely North America, with 22 projects underway in the US, 3 in Canada and 4 in Mexico. Most parts of Enugu are not habitable for expatriates, no wonder the place has never been a destination for foreign investors. And if you don't know IB has the third highest number of expatriates following Lagos and Abuja
