Just order for the gcms note. Your PPR may arrive before the gcms.

No worries at all. Dont overthink it. Cheers

Thank you so much. You are my new bestfriend.

It was so unexpected. When I remember how I was beating myself up on not appealing for a remark for my IELTS or how my husband should have done his earlier. Truly, it was not by my strength or wit. I didn't even do any vigil on Ray of Hope thread today. Na now the real work start.

@above, lol grin

Yes o. The real work has just started but HE that started the good work will definitely perfect it.

Congrats once again!

Sincerely I don't know my school response rate
Bsc OOU
Masters Unilag
I believe you've had enough advice as to which evaluating body to use but allow me throw more weight behind WES.
Let me begin by saying the last I read about requesting transcript from OOU, you spend N50,000 and the transcript might not even leave the school in MONTHS if you do not follow up closely, while transcript for Unilag degree cost under N20,000 and gets delivered in about 3 weeks (with little or no follow up).
Secondly, your masters degree gives you more points than a bachelor degree.
With the two points above, you have no business requesting for your bachelors degree transcript nor evaluating the degree.
Now to my main issue, WES guarantees your ECA in 20 business days while IQAS gives 30 business days (or as recently seen, about 6 weeks). Reference period for both is of course after receipt of all documents (here, verification mail applies for WES). Considering present timeline, I can authoritatively tell you that WES will complete your ECA before IQAS if your transcript gets to both bodies same day (even though WES will still send back for verification). You might want to consider that earlier this year, IQAS processing time was 15 days, then on a particular day, applicants woke to notice processing time was updated to 20 business days, then sometimes later, it got jacked to 30 business days and now about 6 weeks... With precedence, it will be sane to expect the processing time to keep soaring until there is a gradual shift to WES. So if you go with IQAS, while you're waiting for your ECA you fit wake up one morning to see processing time has changed to about 8 working weeks grin. WES on the other hand is yet to review it's processing time.
In short Ehn, my brother, do yourself a favour by evaluating your masters degree with WES.
One jara tip, save some money by selecting regular shipping (or whatever it's called) than courier. If you have a post office address, your report will be dropped in the box and if Na home address you use, you'd have it delivered to your house but of course much later than if you choose courier. The soft copy that will be sent is sufficient for your EE profile.
Cheers.

Hi guys, I just discovered this thread and I must say you guys are doing an awesome job. Congrats to all those that just got ITA and PPR.

Please I would like the seniors to analyze this my matter. My timeline is this:
AOR: May 10
Medical passed: June 26
IP1&Na2: June27
1P2:July 26 till date.
I sent a mail to CIC to find out my Visa Office and I got this response..
Our Office(CPC Ottawa) is processing your application. Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.

Unfortunately, at this time,we are not able to determine when your application will b finalized but out our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed or if any additional information or documents are required.

I have tried to ignore this mail, but it worries me, I won't lie. Is there anyone who has received this type of response from them. What do you guys think? Should I just prepare my mind for the 6months? Please your inputs will be highly appreciated. Sorry for the long post.

This is copy and paste response. Me sef got same mail. Relax ur mind. PPR loading bruv

I don't know much about OOU but I know Unilag is fast and efficient. My advice would be to evaluate only your masters with WES. It will give you maximum points and less stress.

On other occasions,my hubby was with me. When i was coming back from Yankee with my 2nd baby.. I was alone and was not asked but i have heard that you would need a consent letter from hubby to avoid stories that touch... But i just carry my marriage certificate and publication anytime i travel with or without hubby. I hope this my small epistle helped tp answer your question small

It means WES will send email/courier to the school to verify if the transcript/certificate is from the school. You do need to read through the thread

But this is sad o. My friend was still saying she has to go to OOU to process the transcript thingy. What im reading is quite disheartening, dont even know what to tell her.
She has no choice, she doesn't have Masters, just LLB

More light ke? What a wawu!

Modified
Okay, that might have been somewhat unkind. I was just shocked at the more light request and it reminded me of the VC that had to read out Rivers State election results back in 2015. Even with all the light he was provided with. I cracked myself up recollecting this.

Anyways, all the best in your application. Do take some time to go through the thread. My seniors have been far too kind with their responses to you.

It is very sad indeed. It was my Masters degree that saved me from those people. When I was trying to secure admission for that Masters years ago I saw hell, I kept bribing and bribing before they sent transcripts. My brother-in-law paid 50k for that transcript early this year, I think around February and after collecting the money, they told him he has outstanding courses that he has to sit for. Can you believe that? Someone that graduated years ago, has his certificate that was issued by OOU and went for NYSC. I still don't get it till now.
