Well according to our constitution Buhari and Yadarua case is very different, Yaradua travel with hand over power o GEJ thereby creating tension vacuum. Then GEJ cannot anything..

PMB havd over power to Osinbajo in acting capacity and Osinbajo have been doing so mnay things including appoint ministers and sign some bills.. He even sign the budget but GEJ cannot do that back then..

b4 buhari travelled 4 his medical trip, he knew his diagnosis. he knew d state of health and d implication of his illness.when he returned, he was much weaker after extension treatment which included chemotherapy.b4 he left again, he read a speech broadcasted on TV, walked on his feet even though 4d cameras. Although, he was physically weak, there was no indication that he didn't no what he was doing. now in all this charade, d president knew his prognosis as he had been briefed by his doctors hence his handover speech&his decision to return to d uk(which he did on his two feet). with d knowledge of that prognosis, d president made a decision. Of course,he will get advise in most cases selfish advise, but he made d ultimate decision to remain in power even when he knew his prognosis was very bad. I don't no how true it is that a minister prevented Aisha from seeing her husband. but if it were true, why does she frequent d uk these days if she will b prevented from seeing her husband?
