It's 100% original, but the problem am having its that the phone it's running Android 7.0 noughat instead of normal 6. 0 marshmallow, am so confused. I took it back today for a refund but they said nothing it's wrong that, that it's how it is, but i had done a lot of Google search but i can't see any single post that claimed note3 it's running Android 7.0noughat, and also this phone it's 2 gig ram instead of 3, but it has 4g network and it's working perfectly fine.
I don't understand this, am always thinking it's clone but it does not have any fault yet. Am really so confused

You de fear? You de fear say your phone na follow come upgrade? Lol. If it has warranty then be praying that it should develop fault so that you'll have reasons to return it. But seriously I think you should tell them you don't want it if you ain't comfortable with the phone.

It shipped with marshmallow last year but the upgrade should be the least of your worries. If you asked what you were getting and they said it's 3GB but you saw 2GB ram, that's not the right phone. That 2GB variant of the Note 3 pro is available actually. Then again it's written on the box so you probably already knew what you were getting before you opened it.

Sir does note 3 pro actually has 2gb, you are very right because it's written on the carton 2gb+16gm rom.
Am okay with that but the noughat the phone it's running it's what is making me to think that it's a clone phone.

From the U.I I doubt if it is a clone,unless those guys have become very good at cloning.......maybe u find someone close by to access it for you (especially those phone engineers)

Why u dy fear nw guy.. I was also surprised when i got mine also(Note3 pro 2g ram+16) June this year and discovered it was running on Nougat. There is nothing wrong with the phone my guy. I got mine 60k then.. How much did u get yours?

Return it? I don't think they will change it.. If ur phone develops any fault they will only direct you to Carlcare

Don't be scared, the phone is not a clone. I bought mine last week and I asked them why it is android 7.0. They said infinix upgraded to the new batches of Note 3 pro to noughat. I was excited about it because the latest version of android would have been my only reason for choosing note 4 which I don't like over this one.
If you check popular stores with new batches, I'm sure that's what you would get. Enjoy your phone!!!
