Marriage is one institution where many people have actually missed it. Truth is, many people go into this thing called marriage without knowing what they really want. Nobody is saying you should set unrealistic expectations, but at least know what exactly you. 3. How do we handle the issues of finance? are we going to run a joint account? who pays for this? how do we settle family financial issues? how do we meet extended family needs and so on.
4. Am i ready to be with this person for life? truth is, marriage is NOT ALL about how you connect while dating, butterflies in your stomach while dating. I think, this feelings are gonna fade away in no time, what matters is how you see yourself. It is not easy staying with just one person forever, am i ready for this?
5. Are we compatible? this is about emotional, financial, mental, sexual, physical compatibility. It is not just about sex, this is important, but not really a criteria. How compatible are we?
6. How do we handle issues like conflicts? do we settle it ourselves or involve person(s) outside the relationship.
7. Where do we want to settle down? am i ready to travel outside a state or country? what's our dream home? what kind of house do we want to reside and so on.

8. How do we save? this is important in any relationship. You should have an account for savings. are we saving weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. this is one thing to put into consideration
9. Are we accepting family members to come live with us? what is the duration? can our kids o visiting? what kind of school do we want them to attend? can we attend friends and family functions?
10. Do we share same beliefs, goals, ideas about life? what is more important to us?
