Niger Delta Youths Supporting Buhari Are Not From Niger Delta? (Photo) by WotzupNG(op): 2:31pm On Aug 17, 2017
Yesterday, a coalition of Youths representing the Niger Delta took to the streets to show support for President Buhari who has been away in London for medical attention.

Their rally appears to counter that of the group which organized the Resume or Resign protests which held in Abuja, New York and even in front of Abuja House where President Buhari resides in London.

Going through some of the pictures taken during the rally organized by the Niger Delta Youths, one couldn’t help but notice some things that point to the view that the Youths might not be from Niger Delta as claimed.

Take a closer look at the picture below, you will notice 3 wrongs. First, Niger Delta females don’t wear hijab. Secondly, if the lady on red hijab is from Itsekiri or anywhere in the Niger Delta, she would have noticed that Itsekiri is wrongly spelt on the placard she held. What about the other lady? Her placard reads ”Epie youths support Buhari” instead of Ekpeye.

It is rumored that members of the rally were paid to stage the match. Perhaps, this picture buttresses that.

Spellings on a placard are most likely done by the crowd renter. BTW Epie is the largest single ethnic group in Yenagoa, Bayelsa comprising Ede-epie, azikoro-epie, opolo-epie, etc.

APC and deceit !

This is the problem when you hire people with loose morals.

No finesse. No professionalism. No commitment to duty.

How is the government lying? How can a set of people share one common opinion?

"Anyone not supporting Biafra is Yoruba. Anyone from the SS or SE supporting Buhari is paid" - Pigs and Piglets.

This mentality is neither democratic nor tolerant.

We can't all share the same opinion. Leave a leg room for a different perspective.

I thank God I'm Yoruba every day. My people balance things out.

The fanacism in the North and SE leaves much to be desired.

undecided That is season of protest; pro protest and counter protest. In Nigeria, nothing surprises me anymore from our politicians. But in the history of democracy in Nigeria, this should be the most deceitful, unapologetic and insincere set of people in the helm of affairs of the country. Which way Nigeria!

Niger Deltan supporting Buhari are not from Niger Delta. Where are they from?

The writer's opinion does not any way represent the opinions of Niger Deltans. Last I checked, personal opinion is a right and is allowed.
