papiforreal:muslim are not more honest than Christians! be objective. honestly isn't about your religious affiliation but about your the state of your heart...your conscience. anyone can be dishonest irrespective of tribe, nationality or religious affiliation. your blanket assumption reeks of prejudice. |

papiforreal:I bet to disagree, honesty has nothing to do with religion. 1. On two occasions at the airport, money has been returned to the owner that am aware of. Who are they? Christians 2. The civil savant in kogi that was over paid with over 1+ million, she returned it. Who is she? Christian. 3. Last week, a guy reported an alert on his diamond bank account, from his name, you will know he is a Christian. Plus many other scenario like that. So dnt add religious sentiment cos of ordinary 5k. Na people de return millions. |

Truth be told, I am a Christian and can relate with what the O. P pointed out. I have lived in both Christian dominated and Moslem area, and can attest to the fact that the typical Hausa is more honest than any other tribe. The only thing wey spoil Hausa man na their religious intolerance. |

Bro forget that stuff, it's because of the way you approach him, why didn't he give it to you on seeing you, why did they have communicate in hausa language before he gave you? The money fell from you pocket and he didn't call your attention to it? Moreover, being honest have nothing to do with religion. |

Hausa people are generally honest and less inclined towards worldly possessions. Religion has little to do with it, if not many of their correligionists in the South West wouldn't be dabbling into internet fraud. |
