Our client is urgently in need of a Human Resource Manager

Location: Iju, Agege, Lagos
Job Description: Human Resources Manager

Job Description:
- Developing and administering programs that ensure a highly motivated and productive work force and that encourage involvement and
commitment
- Developing and implementing cohesive staffing strategies for the timely sourcing, screening, selecting and hiring high quality employees for
all company positions
- Providing advice to management on compensation related issues such as salary panning, formulation of salary offers, job description
preparation, and job evaluation
- Implement and monitor a comprehensive performance management program which links individual and team goals and performance
improvement and career development needs
- Implementing and monitoring comprehensive performance management program which links individual and team goals and performance to
business objectives and results, and adresses both performance improvement and career development needs
- Providing counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures

Skills required:
- Listening and communication skills
- People development/coaching skills
- Good people skills
- Decision skills

Professional requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in a related field
- At least 3 years experience in Human Resource management

Salary: 100,000
