the post office workers in benin city - ring road branch are getting quite greedy, attaching 200, 300 naira charge to even the smallest packet, screen protector, phone cases etc......

stood my ground today, and told them i will not pay a dime, that my item is not upto 500grams, that they shud send it back if they so desire, at they were insisting it wasnt them blahh blah blah - i said no problem, simply tell me that you will not give me my item because i refused to pay your so called custom fees, then i will go away and take the case up from my end.
last last they gave it to me free.

am itching to escalate the matter when next they try to extort me, cos i saw many people grumbling and still paying them.
we need to make noise/raise awareness..if not they will continue hiking the so called custom fee
