hello house,
so i bought a domain name and hosting plan from Nigeria's hosting service; Qservers Limited which costs me 4550 naira .
i got approved and before i could say jack my domain was suspended for no accurate reason..
i contacted them via emails and i was told it was due to fradulent act... wtf fradulent act? i havent even uploaded the website files to the domain not to talk of sharing the links to users...

i told them if they couldnt activate my account and domain back a refund of my payments should be made asap... i havent heard from them concerning refunds either... i contacted them again via phone and it seemed the staffs didnt even know how to handle the case on hand, they just kept referring me to call the technical dept, which i did , the technical then directed me again to the Admin .. still no news..

i wont rest until my money is refunded please lets this get to the frontpage...

i just got scammed by qservers limited please beware of this hosting service...

QServers is a very professional company with a very active abuse dept. If you do fraud or think of even doing fraud they will know, they have been in the business for years.

I am facing the same problem with Qservers. I thought maybe i did something wrong but apparently i did not. There are just not professional. Their customer care seem not to have a any solutions to my problems and keep telling to to contact the admin department but end up not giving me any links to that department.

I use to think there were good after there remade their website but there are still that fake company with the incompetent oga's girlfriend answering phone calls like it a petty restaurant.

I use to recommend them to others, how foolish of me. I would categorically say now that everyone should avoid Qservers Nigeria like leprosy.
They f**k me up and i am in deep sh**t now and there are not even answering me professionally.

Qservers is one of the best hosting companies in Nigeria, a platinum accredited registrar and intentionally recognised.

Only fraudulent domains get suspended, so that makes you one.
