2. Graphic images

The problem about this is that it desensitizes and reduces you to a barbarian who doesn’t get irked by the sight of blood. The images are usually those of accidents, murders, fights etc. Pictures are even better. What about videos of beheading and jungle justice?

3. Naked pictures

Churches, religious organizations and their members are all on Facebook where they do their business and connect with each other. But with the level of naked pictures circulating on Facebook, such religious people will either boycott the site or get lured into sin. I think there should be a restriction that ensures you don’t see certain things depending on your preference. Do you think naked pictures are no issue? Check the next one.

4. Pornography

This is now rampant on Facebook. Mind you, it is not only adults we have on Facebook these days; teenagers and even kids are frequently accessing the site. A 12 year old kid who really shouldn’t know much about sex is now exposed to videos showing how a penis penetrates a vagina in different styles. The next thing is for such a boy or girl to try it out at that young age. We are now being bombarded with live porn videos and the sad part is that nobody is saying anything about it.

Do me a favour, drop your phone and look around you. You'll see Violence, people are always fighting because we're humans and chaos is bound to happen, if it's not Boko Haram it's Arewa Youths vs Ipob.
Drive on the highway you'll see dead bodies, cars on fire, accidents and blood littering the streets.
Indecent dressing and pornography? Walk around your town you'll see girls half-dressed or if you work at night you'll see hookers waiting for customers.
So if you're not matured enough to understand that facebook is a representation of our society and what we see daily then quit social media and I mean nairaland too because I don't understand the mod that dragged this to front page. Are the Muslims, budhist, atheist and other religious folks complaining? Or better create your social media app for your kind

Yeah you can filter and block ur friends,, what if those friends of urs are ur old classmates you'd love to keep in touch or ur colleagues or business partners, neighbours or so on??.
