Sure, first had professional touch, fully handled by a professional from beginning to end. But it took longer. I wasn't going to be living there so I wasn't in a rush.

I finished the second in 11 months. I just badly needed to gerrout of rented house in Lagos and wanted something I can rush and finish within a year.

I think you should prepared for 6 million Naira or more to make it look standard. Because from own experience for my house andb just ordinary fence and gate cost me 2 million Naira.

cost of transportation is high. Best to shop at ph. I'm building at ph too.still at block work. There are cheaper places to get materials. You just need to know where to go to.

Pls don't allow the estimated cost of finishing it discourage you from starting, start first and you will be surprised how far you have gone within a short period of time.

OP, I'm sorry to say this, but whoever designed this house is a bad designer.

And again, the information you provided is not enough to give you a quote. The cost all depends on your personal taste.
