Well it has been part of the recruitment process for years that before been invited for the training school, the candidate must demonstrate that he or she is an access person. In fact the account opening stage is an integral part of the recruitment process.
But if the policy should change at this point in time glory be to God. Let's wait and see Sha.

It's 4:15 and I received a mail scheduling me for Enugu by 8:30 tomorrow, after 10minutes I received another mail scheduling me for today Tuesday, 29th August, 2017, 8:30AM @PH....I've sent a mail yet no reply.... I'm confused!

Yea, same here. I do know there's an account opening stage but it's not carved in stone @ least it was not listed as one of the stages in the mail.
