I was just about to ask if they'll open tomorrow. I got my decision & collection mail this evening and was wondering if i should go there tomorrow. I believe you are 100% certain regarding this information. Considering that I stay far away from Ikeja, I just dont want to go there in vain. Thanks for the information.

Are you sure? Their website clearly states they are closed on public holidays. Anyway, I am going to lekki early tomorrow, I can check the one on the island and post my finding here. My collection center is Ikeja, but at least we will know if they're open or not.

I was able to confirm at least from their notice board that their holiday will only be observed only Monday and Tuesday next week.
Its not stated anywhere on thesame notice that today 1st September will be observed as public holiday.

I need clearance on my bank statement, the money I need to show for my maintenance is £7000 as I have a scholarship that covers tuition and part of my accommodation, I have two different statements which I can use one is comprehensive shows a lot of transactions but it never galled below 9million while the other was printed out 2day has 4 million meets the requirements and few transfers in and out and has never dropped bellow 4m, please I need an answer which may lead to my final question thanks.

@christisam... My knowledge on this is that the transaction(s) done on either accounts isn't necessary, what's necessary is that any of the account should hold the required money for 28 days before application is made. As at today £7,000 is 3,215,820 @459 exchange rate.

Ok thank you so much please the money has been there for over 28days I have done my tb then went on to apply has network issues but when it finally went through banks had closed for the day so I printed for it the next day. Is there any issue with that thanks.

@sleyflash I submitted application on the 28th day. Printed account on the 29thday. Hope I am still safe o.

@Jblade.. The right would be Faith and not safe. Have faith that all will be well. Be positive. But if he really wanna use the word safe? Safe is going by the rules which says hold the required cash for 28 days before application not the other way round. Becos after ur successful online application the ECO would count 28 days bacward on ur statement to see if the required money is available and didnt drop below what was required. Becos those people are looking for amy little mistake and we shouldn't give them such. You should have just waited one more day and be on the safe zone. That is print account on 29th and application too on 29th. But I believe all will be well bro

Just called shefield oh. The said decision has been made, even tho the TLS site has not updated nor did I get any email yet . So guys make the call it's £1.35 per minute. Spent less than 2 minutes on the call.



ALSO the people that have collected their document with visa on it, was there any letter inside the package too?

It is within 28 working days ...... for ECM to make a decision on AR..... However, the delay is in letting you know the decision. They will not let you know on time .. You have to keep calling to disturb them ........though all case may not be same ....
