I am not a doctor but an experienced retired barber . I had come across different types of bumps and based on my experience with ppl with such infections you need to first get a personal clipper to avoid transmission to someone else, b4 taking these steps
1. Regular cutting of the hair
2. Avoid completely skim cuts
3. Don't sratch and Donnot scrap the surface ,it will get dried naturally
4. Funny enough dont take any form of medications , I assure you it will be more severe.
I have seen alot of these and ppl that followed this steps v recovered.

That's exactly how i get rid of all kinds of bumps, you d man bro

Looks infected,he needs to see a doctor for possible wound swab(m/cs)daily dressing, and sensitive antibiotic regimen would aid healing.that can only be done in a hospital, ...just contributing ,it might require more than this also.

go to any herbal local shop ask for blue alom and buy dettol add warm water and pour before then pill the face with block stone then wash it with the blue alom and dettol every morning and evening everyday and thank me later talking with experience

There are dermatologists in Port Harcourt. Visit one of them.

Hear my story in a nutshell.

I have an uncle who's fond of going to the Berber's shop with his private clipper but one day, he went without his own clipper. From that day onwards, he started experiencing scratches at the back of his head. He thought it was minor issue, it then developed into small boils. He started going to different chemist and pharmacist, but it increased the more.

At a point, I personally advised him to rob Authentic herbal cream, and Kubam, yet both didn't work.

After about a month the boils grew larger and larger, and began to ache his head. He has been to more than 10 hospitals, and they keep charging outrageously in thousands, yet no solution. This sickness has lasted for more than 8 months but we haven't gotten any solution.

If there's anyone here who have a better remedy, please refer me using the comment box.
We have tried all our best.

I am going through the same, first thing is to always cut your hair, (skin) your uncles hair is sensitive to sweat. I am sure he sweats a lot at the back of his head.

Thirdly if u most ally ontiments apply it at night,

It's called keloids/bumps. one thing you should know is that it is stubborn to go. I have it and mine nearly reached this level. I used everything both painful ones. Spent so much on it. It's really stubborn.

I met dermatologist in UNTH and just normal story that does work.

so currently I use *Biocoten* the cheapest of everything I have used for it and it's working well.

mine increased the day I used public clipper.

tell your uncle to stop scratching it. we should always barb his hair and he should tell barbers to stop spraying those their liquids on it. Secondly He should stop opening it.

Let him buy the Biocoten in any pharmacy shop. it's used for Eczema but since someone who used it suggested same to me, my head is clearing now.

Please be careful with plenty advice it happened to me. It comes with boil and painful. Paracetamol or antibiotics do a little job and you cannot sleep at night.Make a slurry of Tetmosol rob and leave it till about 4-5hours.wash and reapply again.

Go get raw garlic and honey.

Crush the garlic and mix it with honey and rub the mixture on his head.

Do this everyday (last thing at night and wash off in the morning and rob it again in the morning and leave till evening n continue the routine until the infection heals.

Well, I escaped ds stuff by never going full skin. Stopped using private clippers, cos of something like forgetting it. And I'm d kind of guy that hates changing barbers, dont mind travelling long distances to my favourite salon/barber.

So, I stopped barbing all my hair. Prefer dey use d attachment/adapter, n I've to barb frequently. It came, but never amounted to much n left on its own.
