Wolverhampton Wanderers and Nigerian International Footballer, Carl Ikeme took to Twitter to make a joke about his health condition.

The Super Eagles goalkeeper was diagnosed with acute leukemia and was announced by his Club in July.

However, with the Football transfer windows closing in couple of hours time, Carl Ikeme decided it would be best to be all smiles than let his health condition weigh him down.

He took to Twitter to share a picture of himself smiling while on a sick bed and dropped the quote below.
