Am always scared of spending the night aside by house cos i know I sleep talk alot ...of recent my bf have been asking me to come and sleep over at his family house...and I dont want to embarrass myself pls what can I do ?

you need to buy a SNORE GUARD from jumia or konga. it may also help control the talk..

It's not a disease babe. Dont allow that to cause/lower ur self-esteem or make you feel bad. All you need to do is to be upfront and tell whoever you trust enough to share bed with; any reasonable being will understand but dont ever share bed with a supersticious fellow.

if you actually studied it, SNORING is the beginning of talking... they are both the involuntary use of your VOCALS during sleep state

Why not discuss your fears with your bf rather than suffer alone...Love conquers a multitude of problem, if he knows before hand, he won't be ashamed of you but will accept you for who you are..don't see yourself as strange, believe you me, i've seen people stood up from sleep and walk over 100 metres, continued into thick darkness before we pulled the person back...talk to him about the issue

Just like snoring, I don't think you can stop it.
But you can reduce talking too much in daytime.

Ignore others that are saying nonsense

they don't understand how it feels to wake up from sleep and start blabbering, it's really embarrassing. I know how it feels cus it happens to me, You are not alone in this dear. joliyp I don't think there's anyway to stop it tho, just be open and honest with your boyfriend if he truly cares about you, it shouldnt be a big deal

Firstly, you have to improve on your tenses before you begin to talk about your boyfriend!
