Who told you that you won't do maths studying agric, your post doesn't show you are a graduate if not you will know d difference from major and minor mathematics. So MTS 105 at 100 level is not mathematics right?? Get your facts right before posting in a nationwide forum and not confuse prospective students who might think they won't do mathematics while choosing agric as a course

Don't be confused. All science subjects can't be escaped at 100 level. As an agric graduate, I did mathematics and physics in 100l, stat and econometrics in 200.The only difference is the subjects are split in major and minors. Major is for those in natural sciences department like mathematics, stat, computer science, and others with engineering courses while the minor is for management, agric and other departments

As a psychology graduate I will authoritatively tell you that maths/statistics is required from year one to 3rd year.

But I've tried so many times. The more I try, the more difficult it becomes to conquer.

Calculation of binary numbers is what subject if not mathematics.it's done as a general course in most Nigeria universities. Some call it introduction to computer basics. Faculty of social science in most schools now offer social statistics as a compulsory course. So department of psychology shouldn't be there. In fact research methodology has some form of mathematics that each department mentioned can't do without
