did you read the instructions especially on Eligibility at all? did you see anything like 2nd choice mentioned? OYO remain ur case if you no go change chaperly and u hv to change 72 hrs b4 registration which closes on 5th. 2 day is 2nd o nigga.

You are eligible just hurry up and proceed to change if course before the portal will be open on the 5th Sept 2017.... Best of luck as
