If I was going to tell you to study Arabic before reading the English version of the Quran then what is the point of asking you in the first place. Islam sees everything wrong in telling lies so much that even if a lie is going to ease a person's pain (a white lie) It is completely against it.
On Muslims migrating, every other person from different races,culture,religion migrate to foreign lands with their culture and religion and they of course try to make their host see reasons why their culture, religion e.t.c is good, and if Muslims subvert the constitution of the host country take America for example, you and I both know that the American construction largely favours the majority(which in this case is Christianity).
