create an addition state to fill in the gap not from the south east but for anioma state to be created and added to the south east to make things look more equal.
when it comes to roads the east has good road network built by the their governors but all federal roads in the east are nothing to right home about.

Regional government will at least reduce the clamor for federal government presence in the south east.
all in all I think restructuring will put Nigeria and resource control with a weakened center will reduce the hate at the moment as we all will be looking toward the regional governing council, when our region fails to meet our demands. all region will compete against each other in order to attract the best of the best of investors.

Even a layman from Anambra knows that his daughter born and bred in Damaturu will have to score 139 to gain entrance into a unity college while her classmate born and bred in the same Damaturu and taught by the sane teacher and in the same school would need to score only 2 to get admitted into same school.
