On the return of President Muhammadu Buhari from his over 100 days medical leave in the UK, his first speech included his desire to stop the Biafran agitation by any means possible.

Nigeria really needs to monitor and crack down on Social Media liberty-taking. Freedom of speech is power and power comes with responsibility too many posters online lack. It is also clear that Nigeria lacks the capacity to live with the unfeathered freedoms we always enjoyed. Our growing virtual sophistication , which has coincided with the information revolution that the internet so powerfully represents, has put paid to much of it. Even developed nations - that posse the actual sophistication and wealth to handle the repercussions of unrest and social upheavals - control freedom of speech by derivative of a plethora of laws such as liable and human rights. Nigerian laws are mostly unimplementable since the superstructure is not mature enough and our checks and balances (sort of like quality control) wonky.
