cartoon is meant for amusement and it's mostly for kids, nothing serious. some grown-ups watch it just to laugh. and relax.

making it realistic will kill the fun in it, I see nothing wrong with all the errors you have pointed out. I believe it's all intended for amusement purpose.

I think the so called illogical bits that you find in cartoons are deliberately included just for laughs.

And it is usually in kids cartoons you'll find it. In Anime and manga (Japanese cartoons) which are created for adult audiences there is a stricter adherence to logic.
