Mr. PDP/HATER, there were no so many campaign promises, but only 3 and they are security,economy and anti-corruption. And APC is working and have started delivering on all of them.

Good initiative but I don't think the problem in Benue is the river. We simply don't have drainages in this town.All of them are blocked. after all the warning about flood in this state this year, no gutter was created this year any where. Our governor was busy travelling to china for his businesses.

Whatever clown you said they weren't being proactive. The already took steps to address this issue before hand. The contract was awarded already for this project. They just need to complete it.

Lol... So you actually know this isn't the first flood in the area? Floods have been happening in those areas since and there's been a perpetual plan to dredge the Benue as a solution but no administration seems to be willing to actually execute that plan.

Now it's 2017, another flood has occurred again and the current admin (just like the ones before it) has now decided again to dredge the Benue. ANd you think this is a proactive and not a reactive solution?... If it's not reactive, what are all those thousands of people doing in IDP camps?.... #BigClown

Are you done displaying your ineptitude. The contract was already awarded they have been working on it. NIWA is supposed to be overseeing it. They took steps before hand and failed at their goal that's what I call it.

There's always been a plan to dredge that river for ages and it has still not been executed till date. If the river is dredged today (with people already sleeping in IDP camps), it doesnt matter if the contract for it was planned 10 years ago, it would still be reactive cos the damage has already occurred.

Dude shut up reactive means responding to external stimuli. Which is after fact or flood in our scenario.
