I personally love tattoos because of its aesthetics value and would really love to have one...what do u guys think..its just my opinion

Nobody should tell you what's okay or not, if you really believe in your God, talk to him and let him speak to you. People will only tell you their own opinion and back it up with a bible verse or two

The problem itself is not the tattoo, but how it might make you look/appear in public

The bible says all things are good, but not all things are expedient..

If you want to get something like that.. Think of.. "Maybe this my action can cause my brother to stumble" or cause me to look like an unbeliever, therefore the full nature of Christ is not portrayed in me..

First u are a Christian
Second u are not sure if having tattoo is a sin or not
third if u draw a tattoo everytime u look at it u will feel like a sinner and that is a window for devil to subject u to a feeling of condemnation
Best advice stay away from tattoo, for ur own good and for ur faith

I believe Leveticus 19:28 said it all. It's God's Word about cutting any part of the body. Look through it and take your decision. It's clearly not what a believer should showcase. Remember we must continue to shine as light in this world of sin until the Lord returns, which is of course nearer with all prophecies being in fulfilment.

i agree with u, though its also good to know how ur fellow humans think about it,not just christians

You all are getting this wrong when quoting leviticus..leviticus 19: 27 says..u shall not cutt off the hear on the sides of your hair, neither shall you trim the edges of your bears...how many christians abide by that today? When Jesus died, we also died to the law, such that we are now binded by the grace of JESUS Christ. We now have liberty to surpass some certain restrictions unloike during the time of the old testament. During those days, those laws were made probably to seperate the israelites from the pagans...and to establish themselves as God's chosen people

However, a tattoo sometimes cause a spiritual infection. If an infected tattooist scar you, you may inherit what will take you tears to be free from.

So, its a spiritually unsafe practice.

My sister, nothing wen person no go see 4 nairaland... Wen i saw dat i was jus tinking... The tins all diz religious pple say wud surprise God sef. I remember wen pple wre asked 2 drink salt n water coz of ebola, twas one Pastor dat called my mum oooo.
