Can I use my academics IELTs

No.
"The acceptable language test for English is IELTS General Training. The ideal score is 8,7,7,7 in the Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing modules respectively which gives you CLB 9 (Canadian Language Benchmarks) though the required minimum score is CLB 7 (6,6,6,6) (Culled from the link I posted earlier)"

OK thanks, again the company is defunct, will statement of account for the period and self notarization suffice in lieu of the letter??

When you cannot get a verification letter---Provide additional documentation

- The original job posting
- Your original offer letter
- Employment contracts
- Printouts from the company intranet showing your role
- Emails confirming your role
- Tax forms (W-2, 1099, T4)
- Paystubs
- Bank statements (showing your salary being deposited)
- Former proof of employment letters
- Old reference letters
- Company newsletters that mention you
- Pictures of you at work
- Letters from coworkers or clients

If a company has gone out of business, you can contact your former supervisor or another former company executive to write a letter stating that the company is no longer active and verifying your employment. In this case, it’s advisable to provide additional documentation.
If you are unable to provide any letter at all, write a letter of your own explaining why. Provide any evidence you can to demonstrate your work history and corroborate your explanation.

- Newspaper articles showing that the company has shut down
- Obituary for your former supervisor
- Screenshots from the company website showing that they are no longer in business
- Bankruptcy filings
- Publicly available legal documents showing the company is no longer active

Please help with this - For someone who has worked at a SINGLE company for 2years and 8months, is that enough to claim points for 3yrs work experience OR does it have to be a WHOLE 3yrs, i.e full 36month to be able to claim points for 3yrs?

Thanks for your help.

So in other words, if Mr. X worked in company A as a Manager for 1 year...then moved on and worked in company B as a manager for 6 months....then moved on again to work in company C as a manager for 1 year and 6 months, Mr. X can claim 3 years working experience?

Slowlybtsurely, I saw my Bigbroda - Bigfido giving a Kissoflife to a damsel Toyogirl well known as Hephgirl, her eyes beaming like a GlitteringStar. Definitely both were Crazyinlove displaying their affection under a Lovetree. Unknown to them, there was a Canadianfly about giving a Kontagious sting.

Because Godisawesome, they were able to meet Drhopeful who like a Ballerz gave a Billy treatment.

All these happened while we all wait to receive a Judgment that has seen a Blackbuddy and a Merrymum (40manlappy and Mummyjaygirls) spending Winter with JustinTrudeau.

Note: For express entry, the individual band scores is more important than the overall band score.

I'm not the best to answer this since it's outside my experience, but I could give it a shot. I tried to do some research on your questions.

1. Every evidence I found points to the fact that you should have added the newborn before PR, If the baby came before. The instruction is to "inform immediately" circumstances change. Nevertheless, I guess you can still add a family member, at least after issuance of visa, but before obtaining PR status. A change in family composition may also affect eligibility because of settlement funds.

Anyways, read here. It has all the details you need. What you need do now is simply inform CIC.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/refuse.asp

3. If you are not using PEBC, I guess you can use any of WES, ICAS, etc. They'll all give the same evaluation, bachelor's 4 years. Your decision will depend on whether it's a UK/US school where transcripts and verifications are processed faster or on whether you can't wait on verification.

Bro, we can do very little for you here about your POF. Most people get from friends and family and sort themselves out when they need to use funds over there. If you cannot convince friends and family who have known you for years to help, especially if you are sure they have the money, it will be hard to convince anyone else.

My advise though, dive into the pool and hope to get an ITA. I got funds from friends and family -who were not willing originally- easily when I had an ITA (even though I eventually rejected it).

Urgency sometimes makes one able to confront better otherwise seemingly uphill tasks.

You rejected the money or the ITA

mehn thats sad. Service delivery in public offices is a gamble. no one wants to do their job, they'd rather blame politicians than correct their own mess. They end up costing people their future. A case in point is that of a friend who after studying for 5yrs + an extra year to sort his carryover was told UNN had no record of his admission. ie he had no file in Admission office, registrar's office and none in his own dept! Mind you when we gained admission, his name was number 4 on merit/primary list. The guy went with all his docs, even photocopy of the admission list, yet the university said it couldnt have been cos they couldnt find his file anywhere. like joke like joke, his 6years hustle was proving to be much ado about nothing. it was so bad that each time he showed up at Admissions to search for his file, they would call security to bundle him out.

As fate would have it, one of his lecturers went to Exams & Records to search for the file of an over stay student (99' matric number) and pleaded that assist him as the folks at Exams & Record werent willing to do their job. in the process of assisting, my friend found his file in an abandoned pile of 99 files, a file of 2007 matric number. That was how he managed to graduate after being declared persona non grata by the university he toiled 6years in.

In saner climes, he would have sued UNN for every dime it had.. but well we prefer to leave things to God to judge while spending our last kobo trying to emigrate to countries that dont.

Jesus is Lord. Apostle must hear this. So why did he not sue them.
I remember back then in school, I was processing my results every year at the end of every session, and Always had my own copy. I did not want to hear stories that touch.
Thus, when I was graduating, to get my transcript was a breeze because i had done all the legwork yearly ensuring my CGPA in the department was what was in Exams and records.
This was what I advised my friends and they all did the same. It saves you money for one officer to be saying them dey look for record wey no lost.
I am happy he finally found the file o. 6 years?? You will kidnap the VC grin grin grin grin

If you have contact in your school, please don't bother waiting, just do the personal followup. ETX won't do anything, at least from my experience and what others have posted here. Your transcript and ECA might even be ready in that 1 month.
