Truth is As regards a player holding another back,Its not entirely true but looking at Neymar and Alba I think it actually happened.
Alba is known for his pace,His Cutbacks and the fact that he offers us Width tremendously well.He isn't a dribbling full back like Marcelo or Dani but what he lacks in Dribbles he makes up for with his pace and Cutbacks..In Enrique's first season, Neymar's task wasn't to create chances,he was to score goals(He scored 39) hence Jordi had a fantastic season that year..Last season where Neymar was allowed total freedom to create,He mostly ignored Jordi,In fact he mostly used Jordi as a decoy to occupy the opposing full back while looking towards goal,He did it a lot of times last season..I can tell you that if Ney was there in the game against Espanyol,Jordi won't have ran the entire length of the pitch to provide d assist for Messi's second goal,He'll have paused and passed the ball to Neymar..So whereas Its not Entirely Ney's fault that Jordi had a mediocre season last year,He surely had a part to play and thus limiting Jordi.




The other reason for Jordi's mediocrity was His cutbacks were missing,Luis Suarez couldn't get in that hole,You'll notice most Jordi's cut backs always happen whenever Messi is occupying the false 9 role (Evidence On Saturday) or whenever Messi times his runs perfectly to be at that spot to take one time shots at goal(Last season's clasico comes to mind)..I think Valverde plans to utilize Messi in the false 9 role at times this season and If Suarez can just have sense and With Neymar gone and Collective football seemingly back, We should expect a refined Jordi Alba this season.

To be honest, you are missing if you don't watch EPL o. Firstly,the way EPL plays out keeps you wondering whether the matches are fixed! It's just like a story line. Secondly,they know how to market in that league! That's why they are the most viewed. La liga needs to learn a thing or two from EPL. The TV rights issue also holds down la liga. That doesn't mean La Liga is poor,just that they can do better. However i believe Teams in la liga play better football than those in the EPL,that explains our success in the UCL.

2002-2014 .Madrid didn't win any champions league.. mourinho was part of real Madrid coaches during that period.. I'm not saying mourinho failed.. but stop saying give mourinho barca team.. 2009/10 Real Madrid spent 252million pound on transfer yet they didn't win any trophy
