16gig rom gbege, I guess you make use of 'deep clean', that means deleting permanently. Check your apk files under file explorer and delete all, also delete unimportant or unused apps, that's how you manage 16gig rom devices these days, since Android stopped moving apps to sd card.

Android don't allow that anymore, apks are installed in internal memory and can not be moved.
