Abia state Commissioner of Police, Mr Leye Oyebade has been redeployed in a minor redeployment exercise by the Police Service Commission, PSC, yesterday.

Michael Ogbije now succeed oyebade who goes to Railway police, TheCaveat.info can authoritatively report.

Although it was not immediately known why the redeployment, it was learnt the clash between soldiers and IPOB members may have led to his removal from the state.

A top police officer described the posting as "normal police work".

Oyebade, an all round best 1986 Cadets Assistant Superintendent of Police, will ever remain in the hearts of Abians for his cracked on violent criminals in the state.
