Bethel, you know the truth. Even your Governors are against BIAFRA and they believe in One Nigeria. I suppose they are the highest unity beggers. I know common sense is not common but Take a clue from your Governors and Learn.

NO TO IPOB. They are Terrorists and the Unity of Nigeria is not Negotiable, not even with Terrorists.

1) read below image. You remember they used sticks and stones to attack the soldiers? Have you forgotten hate speeches and threats your Hero Mr NK issued out and even threatened the president of OUR country?
2) It becomes when it has been sworn and is binding. Use proper channel so that your grievances can be addressed. And for the marriage, according to the holy book even God hates putting away.
3) Ask the Constitution. And if you're not satisfied, go back and read Buhari's address to the nation when he came back from London. The unity of Nigeria is settled, Ojukwu your Supreme hero signed it. So said our president

practice true federalism ..the idea has been over shared already.

I still can't shake the feeling that nnamdi kanu's ipob is pdp's tool for destabilizing the current regime and that GEJ is the lead sponsor.. I really just can't
kanu's madness and hate speeches started right from when GEJ was president. But GEJ in his wisdom ignored him cos silence is the nest remedy for a fool. Even many Igbo youths didn't take him seriously.
Then came Buhari and his political miscalculations of 3% and 95 %. This was followed by his lopsided appointments where he completely didn't consider anybody from the south east. The cry of maginalisation rented the air. Kanu voice got louder. People began to see sense in his nonsense.
Instead of addressing the imbalance, Buhari arrested Kanu. Even when the court granted him bail, buhari perpetually kept him there. His sympathizers were increasing. His popularity doubling by the hour.
When he was eventually released even after the ridiculous bail conditions, he assumed the status of a hero amongst his people, to the point that people are willing to die for him.
This superhero Kanu was Buhari's creation. All he has to do is reverse the imbalance. Brutal force may be a temporary solution. But an enduring solution will emerge when..
"In as much as there may be a need to enforce order, there is a greater need to reinforce our humanity and treat Nigerian citizens humanely whether they be from the North or South." GEJ.

Nah.
Boko Haram could do this because - for the most part - their struggle is ideological and driven by religion.

Niger Delta militants were largely driven by abundant opportunities to bunker oil. Pl us they had their finger on the lifeblood of the nation, giving them massive leverage.

IPOB doesn't have the ability to drastically impair oil exports. The Biafra struggle for many does not run anywhere near as deep as the Boko Haram credo, and they can count on far smaller levels of support.
All they'll succeed in doing is to prevent any sane investor from investing in the region.

It'll be interesting to see where IPOB goes from here...

They are many ways to kill a rat

IPOB will find other means to bring Nigeria down to her kneels.

Anyway thanks for your view

"In as much there may need to enforce order "

GBAM

You do realise this isn't a stand-alone statement and is in fact an incomplete sentence don't you? 'In as much as' connotes a condition which must be observed for the statement to make complete sense. That condition serves as an override as well, it is much more important to enthrone humanity over enforcement of order.

Nigerians are as gullible as anything.

Under the GEJ administration, Amnesty International provided report after report of human rights abuses. GEJ did nothing but deny these things.

Yet see people suffering from temporary amnesia falling over themselves to swallow this press release.

PS: Note that I don't say Buhari is any better. Both Presidents have provided thoroughly mediocre leadership.

Even your BMC leaders like Madridguy and omenkalives agreed with it. We all want peace. Our President should build bridge
