Piainful,the reality is that we took team B to this competition,with the Team A no team in Africa can defeat Nigeria,thanks to the guys,they gave their all,he who fight and run away lives to fight another day.I didn't expect them to go this far,thanks for their committments and love of their country,what should Senegal do?Angola suddenly becomes the 5th best team in Africa.All in all,i am taking positives from Afrobasket 2017 for Nigerians,early preparation,good grade A friendlies should be lined up for next assignments,we should stop our fire brigade appraochs.Thanks

Sad day but grateful non the less, kudos to D'Tigers we are proud of you guys.

This isn't the problem,we had good opportunity to widen the gap in the first quarter,the second quarter was disastrous,we wasted alot of points near the rim,we couldn't convert more free throws save ike diogu,with more 3 points shots we should have won comfotably,we played with the materials at our disposal,a little bit of early preparation would have helped the team more.The positives is that we have two afrobasket finalist teams in two consecutives edition.Nigeria is blessed,our leaders are our problems,if things are done rightly,my gush,anyhow thank you dtigers.

It's painful tho. Losing is not an easy pill to swallow.
