I have been shouting for years that Anambra will continue to look like a village until the major roads in the state are dualized. I'm happy that obiano is finally considering this, I want to see it implemented asap. Its on record that during his 8 years tenure, Peter obi never dualized or built any standard roads in the state, infact he never constructed any major projects and yet he wants to install a godson to Anambra people to continue his mediocre governance style laced with heavy propagada, a move that already failed before it started.https://web.facebook.com/AniagohIfeanyi/videos/10213214622895634/ |

It is Now morning for Willie obiano. Obi did not dualize but he saved money. Obiano did not dualize but he is borrowing. |
| Re: Anambra State To Dualize Major Roads In The State by globemoney(op): 4:18pm On Sep 17, 2017 |
mekaboy:what money did peter obi save? Has obiano not denied any money was saved or you chose to believe what you want? Btw obiano has more projects on ground than obi, over 5 solid bridges and flyovers and they were not constructed for free. Apart from that, Anambra people seem to forget how security was in Anambra before obiano took over. And your comparing a 3 years tenure with and 8 years tenure shows you are not a smart thinker https://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/11/obiano-denies-obis-n75bn-handover/ |

globemoney:It is not about denial, show documents to prove obi wrong. Obi presented documents. Bridge after 3.5 years. Flyover that cost 15billion? How many roads. |

| Re: Anambra State To Dualize Major Roads In The State by globemoney(op): 5:45pm On Sep 17, 2017 |
mekaboy:Show us the documents presented by obi. I believe its not the fake documents flying around. I hope you are educated? As for the bridge, how many governors built over 5 bridges in 2 years, not even obi in 8 years and yes the flyovers worth the 15 billion. Im waiting for the documents oh mopolchi where are you? ![]() |

gleaf:Have you read todays Sun Newspaper? This article might interest you! cc.. mopolchi, mekaboy, hisgrace090, Kingsley1000 this is your okwute.. lol Something is fundamentally wrong in the camp of my immediate past governor, Chief Peter Gregory Obi, CON. In response to my article on the back page of The Sun of September 1, 2017 objecting to the determination of the ex-governor to serve a third term by using his secretary to the state government, Oseloka Obaze, as a decoy candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the forthcoming gubernatorial election on November 18, both Obi and his media assistant, Val Obienye, wrote on the back page of the same paper on September 7 that I do not exist and that my name was manufactured by agents of Governor Willie Obiano. Yet, my picture was printed boldly in the publication.Chinedu Nzeribe |

| Re: Anambra State To Dualize Major Roads In The State by Obi1kenobi(m): 6:56pm On Sep 17, 2017 |
globemoney:No, you can't post more. The very fact you included commissioning a filling station as something worthy of listing as an accomplishment is embarrassing. It's on record that last year, no South East state, including Anambra, attracted any foreign investment. So, Peter Obi attracting SAB Miller, one of the largest brewers in the world is a positive achievement. A 500 million naira filling station (a little over a million dollars) being built by an Anambra son is not something to brag about. Let's stop celebrating mediocrity and demand the best from our leaders. |
| Re: Anambra State To Dualize Major Roads In The State by BigIyanga: 7:07pm On Sep 17, 2017 |
globemoney:$200m can build 100 poutry factories like. Innoson sprang up. Juhel pharmacy built a factory in awka. Orange drug started manufacturing in Onitsha. We're not daft and partisan like you. |
| Re: Anambra State To Dualize Major Roads In The State by globemoney(op): 7:07pm On Sep 17, 2017 |
Obi1kenobi:Lmao.. Ok I will post more then, na you go tire but to respond to your claims this is not a filling station, rather, this is far more than a filling station and we cannot write off a company employing over 700 people in gainful employment as you can see below, we dont even know how many people sabmiller employs. If the only company peter obi could attract to Anambra is a beer factory then it is a big problem and what does it matter if an Anambra son owns the company? Does peter obi not have personal interest in sabmiller.. Some of you just reason like the uneducated traders in onitsha. smh http://dailypost.ng/2017/06/30/stanley-uzochukwu-opens-ultramodern-luxury-mega-centre-announces-recruitment-700-youths/ |
| Re: Anambra State To Dualize Major Roads In The State by globemoney(op): 7:12pm On Sep 17, 2017 |
BigIyanga:how many jobs did sabmiller create for anambra people? Innoson has been existing before peter obi, you are mentioning a pharmacy but condemning my own, what nonsense. By the was 200 million cannot build 100 poultries like the one that was posted, its is not your everyday poultry and I will choose a poultry everyday over a beer factory. Most of you need education smh http://dailypost.ng/2017/06/30/stanley-uzochukwu-opens-ultramodern-luxury-mega-centre-announces-recruitment-700-youths/ |

What are the 700 people doing there, is it state civil service.? What percentage of these mini investments is $7.5 billion? |

obiano is a fraud. Onitsha is not better in any way, presently you have pigs roaming around not only the streets but also the biggest market in west africa. All roads in Onitsha are deteriorating because of neglect of obiano reckless government. I only read about obiano's road maintenance agency only on Nairaland. Obiano's supporters should help me and list the roads he constructed at Onitsha and I will sacrifice my time tomorrow and snap all of them and post on this thread. |

mekaboy:You have seen it now, now how many employment did sabmiller create not shouting you brought 200 million naira sabmiller.. Let sabmiller tell us the number of employment they created.. Most of the investments are ongoing, like Ekcel 16 billion Naira tomato farm... its just less tha 4 years sheesh http://www.ekcelfarms.com/news.php Their website is already up and running, get more details there for people like Obi1kenobi that said there is no more to postsmh

Other states are building power plants, refineries, your here posting supermarket and fuel station. |
| Re: Anambra State To Dualize Major Roads In The State by globemoney(op): 7:43pm On Sep 17, 2017 |
mekaboy:which state is building power plants, which state is building refineries, I thought you were comparing with peter obi, now it's other states.. sigh.. give the man his credit. For me, if obiano duilaizes the substandard narrow roads in Anambra mostly constructed by obi, he has done everything he needs to do for the state... You want what is obtainable in other states, where will the the heavy duty vehicles pass? have you seen roads in other states |

globemoney:I don't like Mr Peter Obi one bit. He is such a dishonest fellow. The author of the article forgot to mention the people who utilized the window period to return PDP and Dasuki share to avoid embarrassment. Obiano has performed above average and he is systematic in his approach to governance. He is not good at politics but as an administrator he has laudable programs. It was very clear from the onset that Obi didn't want him to succeed that much. Obi only cared for the 'saintly' name he portrayed to the masses. I was pleased that Obiano didn't go about portraying himself as a frugal Saint and overtly pius man, who is working for "the future of our children" yet he is at peace with most top shots in the State not minding the party divide. |

globemoney:You think we're fools? $200m investment is about 70bn.. 2/3 of Anambra budget. Do you know how professionals enginers, chemists, brewers, accountants, business managers, marketers that got employed? Do you know how many technicians, security guards, cleaners, messengers that got employed? Do you how building material, electrical, metal, fabrication suppliers that got contract during thr construction? Do you how many drivers, truckers, distributors their products have kept in business. Pls this discussion is above your intellectual grade |
| Re: Anambra State To Dualize Major Roads In The State by Obi1kenobi(m): 7:53pm On Sep 17, 2017 |
globemoney:You keep on saying "beer factory" in derision as if it's some kind of insignificant business. Nigerian Breweries for example is one of the largest industries in the country. One of the biggest brewery chains in the world investing $200m in Anambra is worthy of applause. And Mr Man, 700 people don't work in that filling station. If you like, call it mega station, abi na super-mega station, 700 people don't work there. Probably not even 100 people work there. And other than management, all the labour would be unskilled labour. Stop deceiving yourself with the hyperbole of politicians. |

globemoney:Wetin concern Obiano and a Jesuit College again? I went to one myself. The best in the country, Loyola Jesuit College in Abuja, and I don't see how the school is the business of the government. State governors in this country have to start focusing on things of consequence and not trifles like commissioning private schools, private malls, private filling stations and all that nonsense. Except you can attract the investment of major industries to your state (I have no problem with Obiano commissioning a big poultry plant), it shouldn't be the business of a state governor to be commissioning filling stations and schools. |
