Ingredients
1. fresh groundnut, I roasted it with fry pan and blended with the dry mill
2. dry fish

4. ponmo
5. beef
6.palm oil
7. locust beans
8. scent leaves
9. dried bitter leaf

Kai, r u from Edo state? Mehnnnn.... I salute Edo version of groundnut soup. Even if the nausea get phd degree, e must surrender to our groundnut spiced soup.

As ur pregnancy progresses, reduce ur intake of milo or any sugary tea except if u decide to substitute wth honey n Lipton so dt baby wee nt be weighing 10kg n making us to be wawuing on this thread.
