Lol, If sariki, el rufai and rochas okorocha are the best ministers in Nigerian Democratic history, then it's no secret why we are in a shit hold. I thought u should have mentioned madame Okonjo ngozi iweala, then ur list would have made a little sense.
Look at that sentence again

Best ministers though hypocrites.....

Was she a hypocrite?

Why didn't I mention Prof.Joy Ogwu......?

This comment is why Nigeria would forever remain third world

why do we not have all those things you mention above? Yes i know, its because of your hausa fulani who have been ruling nigeria since independence.
Who else is here just for the comments and "likes" of the pitiable pityer trying to pity themselves by pitying the pity state? (I hope I said that right)

U just beating round d bush..a typical act from the self determination agitators from biafra, arewa and Odua.. I asked a simple question..and I'll repeat it "how accountable have you held your own leaders"?
Does your country leaders held accountable?.

Does your Northern arranged constitution favour a common man?.

Stop talking as if you don't know the truth.

We have proven over decades of our self governance that we can not effectively manage our affairs. Interestingly this is a reality that cut across sub Saharan Africa and in extension other proxy African Nations in Central America/Caribbeans. Indices of measures of human, capital and political development are abysmally low and there is no inclination that there will be an imminent growth.

Is it extreme to suggested the solution is recolonization?.....

You raise valid points. But recolonization is not the solution. Just allow us negotiate our way to nationhood. Europe and America weren't always like they are now. They too fought endless wars. Ever heard of the 30 years war? That's how bad it was. What about the world wars?

The problem today is that they have developed far deadlier weapons (of course wars lead to advances in weapons technology) and are all too willing to sell these weapons to whoever will pay. Its just business. I would argue that the arms and ammunition industry probably competes with oil. But of course its not always in the open. It's bad for PR.

I would propose decolonization and returning to pre-colonial borders. With time we will negotiate our way to nationhood on our own terms. Not because Lugard or some faraway king of queen says so. Africa's development was sabotaged over hundreds of years. It cannot be undone in decades.

Right now we're still being colonized. I shake my head when I hear fellow Igbos saying UN this UN that. They don't give a hoot about you. Our perpetual subjugation is in their best interest. They'll just sell you weapons to kill yourself. Your death won't remove the oil or the diamond or the gold. So its no big deal if a few million people die. Its one way of tackling "overpopulation" and "climate change".
You see them making reference to "International law". What does that even mean? You can't have law without enforcement. You can't have enforcement without police. Right now there's no international police. Ergo, talks of international law is just nonsense. Better to appeal to people of "Good Conscience".

Better keep it real.
my reply was to the person i quoted. We are talking about nigeria as a whole. Why do you people always try to shift things the way you like? Nigeria is the way it is today because of the centre and the north have been in charge of the centre since independence. For example, buhari gave bailouts to a lot of state governors to pay salaries but they didn't. Why did the centre not hold those governors responsible? Instead he went ahead to distribute the paris funds to the same governors to squander again. If the centre is right then the whole nigeria will be right.

If you justify the killing and invasion of a community by the army because of "utterances" in 2017, then you're indirectly endorsing the murder of your own life!

No amount of military intimidation and coercion will stop people from expressing themselves. We have never seen proponents of the hate music in circulation being investigated or the Arewa youths invited for questioning but we're talking about hate speech and "utterances".

It is only in Nigeria a person will be pro and anti the same idealogy or philosophy. A president will be a pro-idealogy when in power and anti that same idealogy when out of power. It leaves the citizenry confused as to the nature of what our Nigerian politicians are. It all bears down to personal interests. When an idea suits their personal interests, they become pro that idea but immediately it goes against their interests, they metamophorsise like a chameleon into anti that idea. The Nigerian people are always at the receiving end of these deception and deceit. God bless Nigeria.

TOP 10 BENEFITS TO EARNING A CERTIFICATION

In a country as ours where getting a job seems difficult, thousands are losing their jobs everyday at the same time fresh graduates are joining the struggle. Obviously, there is a problem here and the only thing on our mind now is to proffer solution to this obvious challenge. Well, personally, I’d say CERTIFICATION is the solution. Yeah, getting certified is the only solution to this problem.
Here are my reasons;

1. A differentiator against the competition. When employers are interviewing, the competition is often stiff. If you have the certification, and the other person does not, you are at a definite advantage.
2. Plugs you into two new communities: one that is earning the certification, and one that has the certification. For example, if you are going for your PMP certification, you will immediately have something in common with other hopefuls, and this can provide networking opportunities through classes, the web, and meetings. The same holds true when you have earn the certification; you are a member of the "club." While these are benefits of PMP certification, the same would hold true of most certifications.
3. Gives you confidence that you have "passed through the chairs." When you have set your sights on a goal, put together a plan, work hard, and you reach it, you gain confidence, which spills over into all aspects of your life.
4. Gives you tools to draw upon when needed. Having gone through all of the study and hard work, you have mastered a new body of knowledge. Put it to use as soon as you can!
5. While it is said that "experience is the greatest teacher," a certification "rounds you out." Often, experience is strong in some areas, but not in others. Like education, experience rounds you out, giving exposure to ideas and approaches outside your comfort zone. In addition, being able to think outside your experience is an ingredient of leadership.
6. You can be a better mentor. The ability to mentor is based greatly on experience, but the best mentors can reach beyond their experience. They are able to extrapolate from their experience, and relate it to someone else's entirely different experience.
7. Establishes you as a continuous learner. Employers are always looking for people who never want to stop learning. Learning is a value unto itself, and those around you will respect and admire you for it, and sometimes even be a little jealous!
8. Will enable you to make more money. Often, earning a certification, such as the PMP, can quickly lead to compensation increases of 20% and more.
9. Enables you to better evaluate the talents and skills of others. With the discipline to master the material for the certification, you are in a better position to evaluate the skills of others. You have had the opportunity to evaluate your own strengths and weaknesses in the process of earning the certification, and have a broader understanding of the skills and toolsets that can be effective.
10. Gets your foot in the door in the new area. Many career changers turn to certifications to get themselves into a new area. For example, many technical people who want to advance will earn the PMP certification in order to move into a position of greater responsibility.
