They can't deploy military, where are they even deploying to

Fulani herdsmen just like Boko Haram does not have a station as such no target for military to shoot

Why did they deploy the military against boko haram since according to you both are similar?

I am not igbo but I am Christian and I am fast losing faith in Nigeria. I don't think Christian interest is protected in Nigeria.Nigeria would eventually be islamised. Christians have been defeated. Buhari is a warrior and he is difficult to defeat. Our prayers couldn't stop him and they(Muslima)are in the ascendancy. I am sorry I am saying this but it is the truth.

A State of emergency was declared in Borno before the military were deployed

No time to waste time. If igbos are cleared out of the way, we are the next in line to be dealt with. The only solution is for the country to be restructured.

Wow. Truth is Igbos will not be cleared. No way. It won't happen. If the rest of the Southerners like, let them remain dormant and wait until the Igbos die off. They will wait forever. They will not dance on our graves.

The entire South education is useless because they can't see what is hidden against them.

PROPA WETIN BROS E BE LIKE SAY YOU NOR KNOW WETIN DEY HAPPEN FOR NIGERIA POLITICS... REMEMBER HOW THEY SUPPORTED FULANIS WHEN THEY HAD ISSUE WITH THEM IN ILE-IFE THEY SUPPORTED THE FULANIS IN THE FIGHT THAT CLAIMED MORE THAN 7 LIVES INCLUDING CHILDREN IN MILE 12.

That the were happy about the quit notice and happy about the Nigerian Army drowning unarmed civilians.. does not make them supporter of Fulani.

This is my take... Over time I noticed Nigeria have come to undermine the Igbos...

Even the Yorubas in general.

The Yorubas are actually scared of the Igbos... so they try to use the Hausa Fulani to terrorise and suppress the Igbos.

They hide behind religion and fake humility to decieve the Hausa Fulani that the Igbos are the Enemies... to perpetuate injustice and rogue.

They would Igbos living in the North as blackmail... they would use threat of violence... lastly They use threat of Army invasion and civil war to suppress the Igbos... (They executed all remaining killing Igbos in the North)... There strength have been proven to be weakness.

Yoruba knows they is a deep rooted hatred of Igbos by the Hausa... Tinubu triggered that Hatred to use it to win 2015... that is the fire burning now.

but times have change.... Igbos have fought back, with unity and civility, many are joining the battle locally and internationally.. Hausa Fulani and Yoruba treachery is been exposed openly.

Some seeing the new trend had port over to justice. while others are yet to realise that times have change.

So it's not about Yoruba Muslim or Christian.... it's about some leftist using Hausa Fulani temperament to oppress Nigerians... And celebrating seeing their mischievous intentions..

I only answered your question

Borno is the area of operation of Boko Haram doesn't mean they have a "point to shoot" base

In same way, the only legitimate way was for FG to declare state of emergency in Abia state or SE before sending troops

You are just a barely educated fulani filth with a weapon. There is no difference between you and ignoble street urchins with a weapon.

There have been plethora of cases where these murdering gangs of pastoral filths visit death and destruction on persons and farmlands of unsuspecting people down the south and middle belt. Falae, Soyinka and other prominent people have been victims of their cowardly attacks with destruction, kidnap and death.

You will face the violent death you deserve. Your throat will be slit so when you scream only blood comes out.

The Federal Government has ruled out the use of military might to subdue the attacking force of rampaging Fulani herdsmen.

Minister of Interior, Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau, retd, while featuring on a Channels Television programme, “Question Times” on Sunday night said deployment of the military to combat the Fulani herdsmen menace was not an option because, the situation has not overwhelmed the police yet.

According to the Minister, “We must protect the country which is the main function of the police. The Civil Defence are there to complement them too.

“This is a non-military issue that borders on law and order. It is not every security issue that you call in the military. It is the responsibility of the police to maintain peace. I believe that if we put the police in proper position in terms of discharging its functions, then there would be no need for military option. The police are equal to the task. If you have to deploy the army, then you are going above board. In any case, I do not even have the power to deploy the military for anything. It is only when the situation gets out of hand that you invite the military.”

Recall that Fulani herdsmen have in recent past attacked several villages across the country, killing scores of people

Now, if what has happened with military deployment to SE did not outrage my brothers here in NL, this commentary from Dambazau should blow our top. Very irresponsible and non-challant atittude from a Minister overseeing the welfare of the interior.

By all means we sc.rewed up voting a Northerner into power. They lack the knowledge and vision to carry people along with fairness and balance. They treat everything with Jihadism...'it will be done our way or we kill everybody in opposition".

Inspite of the many admonitions in their Quran to fear Allah and be just in their duties, these kafirs that masquerade as Muslims continue to defy the injunctions of their Holy Book to "Do Just and Treat Others with Equity and Fair Measure" .

Here is the way forward to 2019.
If APC wants to continue in power they must field a non-Northerner, otherwise they are out. The same message applies to PDP. We will not vote a Northerner in 2019, I don't care if it's their turn or not. If they field Northerners then Southerners should find party that has a Southerner as candidate and rally behind that candidate.

Jonathan should have just seized power. I don't care whose house his decision would have set on fire. You won't see ignorant propagandist like Sarrki and Ngene*** on this thread cos they are programmed robots.
About people dissing the Yoruba I think honestly their attitude of a few of them on nairaland surprises me cos all of my Yoruba friends see Buhari for who he is- a monster. This ones on nairaland still supporting Buhari are just children who still feed from their parents.

I didn't subscribe to Kanu's approach from the beginning but for you to be heard in Nigeria you need to talk with a really loud voice. Kanu's loud voice were his "not too palatable" speeches. Other activists that go the gentle peaceful and so called intelligent way are never listened to in Nigeria.

I remember one lady in Nigeria info or so in Port Harcourt that runs an awareness program clamoring for political restructuring to save the Niger Delta. She has been talking for a month of Sundays an no one gives a damn about her.

Kanu has set the ball rolling now it's left for us to pick it up from their and fight for a political restructuring and ultimately a peaceful dissociation from those holding us from development.

South Korea wouldn't be one of the world's largest economies if they succumbed to communist North Korea. We have to earn freedom by fighting for it.

Since it is the duty of the police to curb the menace of the marauding fulani herdsmen, can I ask Mr minister of interior to tell us how many of these herdsmen the Nigerian Police has apprehended? It is quite clear to me that we have a supporter of APC-like situation with these blood-thirsty herdsmen on our hands in Nigeria. Like BH,those guys have their sponsors in high positions of this country. The political class are the real sponsors of terrorist activities. A country ruled by gangsters and terrorists. What a shame.
