Can you make a very secure investment in a Lagos based FMCG business that creates products of value that has a ready and secure market?

This investment is for the acquisition of the essential components required for the manufacturing of these products. All the equipment, expertise and human capital required for the processing is already in place and available for inspection in the company premises.

The required materials will be bought directly from the manufacturers/importers.

This investment is a three month investment subject to a periodic appraisal and renewal where there is a mutual agreement.

The first tier is for September through December 2017.

The second tier is for January till March 2018.

The third tier covers April through June 2018.

As can be observed the main target is the school’s academic calendar.
Whenever schools are closed, the business is suspended and all the monies are returned to the investor.

A mutually acceptable framework can be designed to ensure a clinical amortization of the invested funds, with the investor being granted access to our financial reporting format including but not limited to our banking online portal and other platforms. This way he/she is within the managerial and supervisory loop.

The return on investment is very attractive and is remitted monthly. A total clean-up is effected every three months.

Security by way of collateral may be provided to at least 3 times the value of the investment.

Whereas the total investible sum may be varied downwards, interested investors with less than 10 Million Naira need not contact us.
