I absolutely have no problem with reporting this driver to Uber.
But please, what you noticed are tremors. And this does not equal Parkinson's disease.
It is more likely to be Benign essential tremor, as the tremor of Parkinson's is pill-rolling (which isn't the case in the video)

Because Nigeria is a useless country that man with Parkinson's disease as well as others with other forms of disability deserves some form of social welfare from d govt to help them at least to live. The man left with no choice had to do what he cud to survive.
I hope as u ve reported him to uber u ve got an alternative job for him cos d few u had on u to help him may be barely enough to sustain for a few days or weeks at best. What he needs is not fish but how to fish as we dont ve social welfare
