The complainant is trying to blame Nigeria for the person's death instead of reporting the crime. Since he's saying Lagos, Nigeria is not safe for Pakistanis/Indians, their own country isn't safe for our people either. How many times have Indians (even Pakistanis are originally Indians) attacked and killed Nigerians in their country? Now he's talking as if he's from Europe or America...

If he can't stay in Naija, he better go back to his country. . . RIP to the deceased and I wish his family strength to bear the loss.
