It might be stress and your timing for sex, if he is tired after work make it early in the morning, secondly encourage him as if that 30seconds satisfies you, he will perform better, thirdly try and be on top or learn different styled that you can do it better and somehow make sure you take you bath before going to bed, use better perfume, constant sex improves man's performance.
