Firstly, it's not one of the best in Africa. No report to support your claim. Secondly, the hospital has been closed for more than a quarter due to lack of electricity. The Indian personnel? They have gone!!!!

Yeah I can confirm this. I'm surprised this hasn't made headlines. I guess nobody gave a tip to journalist to cover this. It's a pity since our health minister saI'd it was one of the best in nation. It seems it was simply unsustainable. The should have had locals understudy them so they can eventually run it.
