The capital city of each state no longer serve the home of governors, state house of Assembly members, commissioners alone but chairmen of LG, Councilors, Supers and there civil servants!
Congested the big cities and deserted the village, leave local villagers with out the opportunity of nearerest government, feel belonging of the government, this must be stopped, The government and the administrators must draw nearer to the people, and the only way to bring the government nearerest to people, bring resources to people, bring social amenities to people, bring money to people is to allow the villager rule themselves;
by Creating WARD GOVERNMENT WG the government of local people for the service of local people, every one will feel belonging and agitation and all sorts of tensions will douse down!
