yes it right but let me explain

when you are driving lets say at night you got headlight on, acc on and radio all that needs 12volts to run and they get power from the battery and the battery get recharged with the alternator so you battery wont drop any voltage

but now your engine is off so there is no recharging from the alternator so if you play music lets say 45 minutes definately the voltage in your battery will drop may be 9 or 10 volts and that might not start your car

so the question to you is what does he mean by WEAK does he mean losing voltage or am a zimbabwean and you guys the way to use WEAK it means being WORN OUT needing replacing as in this case meaning it wont be able to hold a charge therefor you would need a new battery
