There is no much different from normal recruitment, is just that u might not do test and interview, but medical is sure, then training. After all that u will be posted then u av d work to yourself,

how does one know a genuine offer for replacement, i have little or no know about of the process, a friend of mine was asked to give 150k for a slot, which he says was from someone working in interior abj. he says the man is a close family frend of ders, but when it comes to issues about money you never can tell. pls advise... from anyone who knows how that type of deals work ( i biliv there are ppl who have paid money to get into the system) pls correct if am wrong ...and am open to sincere advice

If you are asked to pay an amount for a slot by a close family friend . My advice would be -
- have in mind its a gamble.
- ask for part payment (a % paid b4 & after if successful)
- if they demand for full payment only, make them agree on a refund if it fails.
Remember its CORRUPTION and a gamble, so how much you are willing to risk + patient is up to you.

Thats what i think I know. (Might be wrong)

I heard that those that documented since august will not do training but they will start work soon
