I don't know about that though. I think this is just the statistics side of the post UTME result and the number of candidates they want to admit per course.

This clarifies it because i was wondering also, they did the same thing under common law, the list says no one scored 75% and above but i scored 78%

The school didn't release it officially. As according to the student activist, Plato, it was allegedly seen on one of the professor's table and pictured.

I think 2sittings is only not allowed for Medicine and Optometry or so, therefore you stand a great chance I suppose.

If it was the school that asked you to change then you needn't effect another change through jamb.
