alright, so I've been following this thread since yesterday, and after I saw your post about helping the Op, I decided to take it upon myself to find out if truly his case is as genuine as he posted. I sent him a pm last night in which he replied this morning and we started from there. From my observation, the Op lives in nelson mandala with a friend who he says was his old time classmate in his secondary school. When I called to see him that morning, we met at the popular "uyo plaza" where he took me to where he's living with his friend at Nelson Mandela road. After verifying from the neighbors around, we left together to his new rented apartment which is located at Nwaniba road just close to Oron road. He showed me around the new apartment including the inside. I noticed that the only thing he has done in his one room apartment so far is only the painting. The room was just empty. He told me the same problem he posted here saying that the only thing that is stopping him from packing in now is the mattress and once he gets a mattress (new or old) that he is leaving his friend's house. So that was it, I paid his way back home and gave him extra N1,000 and promise to deliver the report here when I'm settled. I also had to take some shots of his apartment to further prove my report. To conclude the whole thing, I will say that the Op truly needs help, if it pleases you as you said to send him some money for the mattress, then I will acknowledge you for that. His case is more critical than what he posted here. So God reward you with more as you have decided to help the Op. Thanks

I like how God has touch your heart to help the Op. For the fact that this thread has upto 200+ views with no negative comment should prove to you that there's no danger in helping the Op. So it's up to you bro. There's no need waiting for the NHN as there's nothing negative to say about this case. But if there's something to say, then they executives should let us know rather than ignoring the thread. Thanks. My opinion though

But the problem now is, I really need to pack in as my days are already numbered. I've already paid the house rent and it's jst left for me to pack in. In my post, I never ask for MONEY, I only ask for a mattress old or new because of it's urgency. by the way, before u misquote me, I never asked for money to buy any mattress, God is my witness. I don't know the motive behind all this tantrum you're displaying.. I only asked for a used mattress and I specifically mentioned "To be from a person that stays in uyo".. It was a shock when that Godsent man came to say he will give me money instead. But just today, I received an alert from my bank and 19k was credited. The kind joy wey full my heart eh! I didn't know when I jumped in a viewing center and broke the plastic chair lol.. Naso I rush comot go straight to where dem dey sell mattress. Bought a new one and went straight to my new apartment to tidy up and keep it there.
