Ibori was freed by the court in Nigeria but convicted in UK. For her to seek for extradition to a court in Nigeria where she is already guilty shows maybe she has a good cast iron alibi.

i was right from inception, she made the mistake of runing away from bubu's fight against corruption, thinking it was real. but from far she can now understand it to be fake, instead she is even feeling the heat in uk. madam, no body order you into exile, you 're free to come & defend yourself.

Unfortunately, the UK courts has restricted her movements out of the UK so she can face the music squarely. She cant leave the UK unless the Nigerian government demands for her officially.

What an emboldened woman who is cocksure she can purchase judgement in Nigeria because our Bench&Bar are extremely corrupt?
However, she is embarking on a futile exercise as the British Court will not grant her request due to the fact that, she is accused of money laundering, illicit buying of properties from proceeds of crime in UK, etc which is against the British laws.
Even if she is convicted or not by London, she is likely to be extradicted to the USA for same charges because the US Justice Department has already indicted her and some of her properties seized in both US and UK.
It is pertinent to note that, this is an indictment and embarrassment to our judiciary and legal system.
Her bold legal demand to be repartrated to Nigeria for trial can only mean one thing, that our judicial chain is corrupt and that she can use her enormous stolen to buy justice with the active connivance with equally roguish SANs.
This should be a serious concern for the CJN/NJC and it is an opportunity for the judiciary to sanitize itself and change this negative image by starting apportioned justice to highly corrupt politicians without fear or favour.

How would they have stopped her from coming home, is she on a foreign passport that she needs Nigerian Visa to be back here . All she needs do is to buy a ticket home and let see if she would be denied entry with Nigeria passport on her.
She is only riding on this country again to evade justice that is about to be melt on her in the UK.

Really! So it was the FGN through the AGF that forced her to London, or was it the FGN that bought her plane ticket or was it that she went to UK on official assignment for NIgeria?

When she granted Dele Momodu that famous interview, did she not say she wasn't hiding away in London but that she was there for medical reasons. Is the AGF now a medical doctor to certify her fit to travel or override her actual doctors?
