When Abraham paid his tithe to Melchizedek the high priest of God in chapter 14: 19, he received further blessings and in chapter 22 when he offered Isaac his son to God, He further blessed him.

Another case is Solomon, after he offered thousands of animals to God, GOD appeared to him that night and asked him to specifically choose how he wanted to be blessed.

Some blessings will come naturally, some will come as a result of one's gift to God

True talk ....When they start hammering on tithes and offerings , sometimes they make you feel that God is a magician.

For example if I give 10k in tithes ... I should expect 100k in return ...... ......and then get frustrated if I didn't received anything.



God can bless people in other ways not just moneys .,..such as great ideas ...... Good knowledge of investing.. Donald Trump..... that will make you a billionaire * Bill gates*....... send people your way that will lead you to your open doors.......... open doors in area of a small job ... and from there is where you will be elevated... *jack ma Ali baba founder *started as a small business and now a billionaire* ........ sometimes blessings comes in stages , not all at once....

As much as I disagree with ur pastor's extravagant lifestyle where dere r poor people around who need such funds,I believe ur opinions for quitting tithing isn't strong enough and lacks conviction...If U want to quit tithing,do so due to very strong reasons contained in the bible and not because of a pastor's wayward lifestyle or a showcase of wealth....#myopinion

Religion has been transformed to a legit scamming empire in this country. Many people that call dem selves Christians are just foolish and gullible zombie. They don't even understand what they practice. They don't understand why they even go to school sef. They just want to be doing what others are doing. No single sense!
Some just use the church going as a cloak to cover their evil ways.
Thank God I now know church going can't be used to measure morality. They are not really close like people think.
