The problem in Chicago is basically in two neighborhoods (Englewood and Back of the Yards ) on the South Side. It's about 20 minutes drive to Northwest Indiana where gun laws are very loose thanks to VP Mike Pence when he was the governor. It's very easy for the people from Indiana to buy guns and resell it to the gangbangers on the South Side of Chitown. Most of those guns used in comitting crime in Chicago comes from republican Indiana and Wisconsin. I bet a village fooool like you who knows nothing about America won't know that.
