Maybe we both can have an understanding here. Dat he preaches most atimes against some practices today could be the bases for your conclusion. But what must people will like to ask will be that was this criticisms with illustrations from the bible or not. If it is on the basis of the teachings of the bible then i guess he deserves to be given the benefit of doubt. Just like him, some of us muslims too question practices that we perceive are not necessarily from the religious texts, dat is to say the quran and hadith. And anything outside this two no matter how old the practice is, is usually considered innovation. So hopefully he can be abit more constructive in airing out his views on this issues. My little opinion though.

I respect your opinion my brother but people like daddy freeze should also understand that our religions are far more beyond human understanding or common sense but rather it has a spiritual belief attached to and so it is most times beyond ordinary understanding,otherwise why will someone like Abraham for example offer his son to God as a sacrifice if not for his personal belief/faith in the God he serves? Why would someone offer his life on a cross as a sacrifice and 2000+ years people still believe he died for them?I am not disputing the fact that there are scam pastors out there defrauding innocent members but the truth is bible clearly supports tithing and offering.So that it doesn't make sense to daddy freeze does not mean he should twist the bible to support his claims.Afterall it's not only in Nigeria or Africa members pay tithes but so many other countries of the world do so too.So Why should he be trying to force his doctrine down peoples throat when he doesn't even properly understand the law of tithing? Well as for me i pay my tithe/offering not because my pastor compelled me to do so but because i believe it, it has worked for me and, still works for me.
