Simi can not be regarded as the Queen of Nigerian music now. She is headed in that direction but she isn't there yet. In future maybe but for now there are people ahead of her. Yemi Alade, Tiwa Savage, Seyi Shey are all there and I don't think she has reached their levels yet

Guy, you left Waje out of your list. She is one of the greatest female vocalist presently in Nigeria. She just can't find her rhythm in terms of churning out hits. But she's got a great voice, no doubt

In my opinion, Di'ja was never a competition to Tiwa. Yes she's talented matter of fact they are both talented and I like them but Di'ja didn't work half as hard as any other artiste in Mavin records excluding the new comers, they are amazing but still a work in progress. Korede for example is not as talented as Reekado in songwriting but he has earned a name for himself and he keeps improving. Di'ja needs to wake up or else the new comers are going to actually cast a shadow on her.
